Ortaş, as one of our members that has proven itself internationally in the milling sector, has once again achieved a significant success in Uzbekistan. The 400 tonnes/day capacity flour factory commissioned for Oltın Tegirmon company stands out as one of the most modern facilities in the region in terms of both capacity and technological equipment. This project once again demonstrates Ortaş Değirmen's expertise in the sector and its leadership in providing innovative solutions.
Ortaş Değirmen's long-standing co-operation with Oltın Tegirmon, which has an important place in the Uzbekistan flour sector, has been crowned with this new factory. Ortaş, which has successfully implemented plants with a capacity of 180 and 250 tonnes/day, has made a difference this time with the largest capacity production facility it offers to its customer. All stages from the design of the plant to steel construction solutions and machine selections were carried out by Ortaş's experienced team.
In particular, FORTIS brand rollers, which are used in this facility and which won the 2023 German Design Award, were selected to ensure high quality in flour production and were used in this facility for the first time in Uzbekistan. The factory's flexible production capability and the fact that it is equipped with a new generation PLC system will ensure that Oltın Tegirmon will continue to produce the most preferred products of the market.
With this project, Ortaş has made a significant contribution not only to Oltın Tegirmon company, but also to the Uzbekistan flour sector.
