AgriTech India 2023 Fair, one of India's leading agriculture and technology events, continues at Bangalore International Expo Center on August 25-26-27. The opening of the fair started enthusiastically with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by Zeki Demirtaşoğlu, President of the Association of Mill and Sector Machinery Manufacturers (DESMUD).

The agricultural sector, which provides the livelihood of approximately 58% of India's population, constitutes one of the cornerstones of the country's economic dynamics. India's food industry is poised to assume a bigger role in the world food trade every year, thanks to its huge potential, especially in food processing. The country's food processing industry has become one of India's largest industries, accounting for 32% of the total food market. In terms of production, consumption, exports and expected growth, it ranks fifth globally.

AgriTech India, organized for the 14th time this year, was a meeting point for exhibitors from around the world. The fair provided an opportunity to showcase and share the latest developments in agricultural technologies and aimed to highlight the significant potential of the food processing sector in particular.

Members of the Association of Milling and Sector Machinery Manufacturers (DESMÜD) had the opportunity to establish important business contacts right from the start of the fair. Our members, who had the opportunity to exhibit the quality of their milling and feed machinery, proved our superiority in the sector once again. This success is a reflection of the devoted work of the association members and their leading position in the sector.

As the Association of Milling and Sector Machinery Manufacturers, we demonstrated the power of our milling and feed technologies with our participation in AgriTech India 2023 Exhibition.
