Our President Demirtaşoğlu stated that Chinese products have captured the market; “Products imported from Asian countries, especially China, have increased very quickly. These imports also exceeded $ 4.5 billion. Of course, this situation cuts off the way for us machine manufacturers. We, who are working hard to produce domestic and national machinery, are very uncomfortable with this situation and we are waiting for a formula from our state for this. This formula may be new savings that will make domestic-October products attractive, as well as the introduction of additional taxes on imported products. Dumped products imported from China are very disturbing to us industrialists,”he said.
Taking advantage of the privileges granted contrary to all international commercial legislation, China has become the world's largest machine manufacturer and exporter, our President continued his words; “China is making an unfair profit by not complying with the financing conditions set by the OECD countries, with the financing support it gives to new developing countries. Not only we are disturbed by this situation, but also the machine manufacturers in the EU,”he said.
