Also speaking about the increase in food consumption, our Chairman said; “There is a serious increase in food products, especially bakery products, which are the main consumer items, such as bread, pasta, pastry. We are a nation known for its fondness for baked goods and have this culture. In this sense, if we look at the recent process, flour consumption per capita per year is 160 kg, while this figure has risen slightly higher at the moment,”he said.
